Hi everyone! I have the board view for my motherboard, but I’m not sure where to solder each pin of the BIOS chip since the original pads are damaged. Could anyone guide me on which alternative points to use for each pin? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have an HP ZBook 15 G3, with a motherboard model number APW50 LA-C381P REV 1B (dated 2017-03-29).
When I start it up, the LEDs light up, the fans spin, and the keyboard backlight comes on then goes off, but the screen remains black. What could be the problem?
I've attached a dump of the three chips (16MB, 8MB, and 1MB).
