well fixed , for does who might have one in the future , this one was having power problems for KBC , i was cheking +3vpcu was ok , since coil was giving 3.3 .. and also bios had this value , but on off button was having 1.05 , even after KBC replacement(so lamme here) i didnt inspect PSU of KBC , and noticed the ++3vpcu on KBC was 0.66 , further looking to the schematic found that L25 feeds 3vpcu to KBC , this coil was not ok , working machine now

weell got a new one , same exact board , this time , SIO was completely burned , ddoes have indicator light ... ok , replaced KBC , all normal , 3vpcu ok 5vpcu ok NBSWAN# its ok 3.22 drop to 0 once pressed on off , but machine does not start .. KBC its brand new . also noticed there is no RSMRST on anyway , pressing or not pressing on off button .
flashed bios same , issue .
could be abad crystal , but got no way of figuring out .
well took me a while , but found the issue , its in the hall sensor circuit . there is a diode from DISPON to LID signal , it was in short , possible was what killer the KBC . solved !!!
