    NR2202RX R1.2 bios

Good day, I would like to flash the BIOS of a notebook that turns on but remains on a black screen. It is an AMD version. I have tried to find it on the Asus websites but to no avail. If you could help me, I would be very grateful. I will attach the original BIOS.MODEL: ASUS GX650RX-xs97
    S/N: N3NRKD011944126
    Motherboard: NR2202RX R1.2
    Thanks.

        Thanks.
Here is your new file, it's a virgin BIOS from ASUS with your DMI and Windows Key.
I got this file according to your Serial Number (N3NRKD011944126), I also found the same Serial in your file, so I assumed it's your original BIOS.
Anyway, it's always better to look for QR on your motherboard and post an image for it (as SMDFlea told you.)

I am attaching another qr code from the board. It seems that the bios started working, but I still don't have a picture and the fans don't start. But after flashing the bios, the vcore voltages also start working. It seems that all the power supplies are working except for the PEX vdd. Is it possible that the VBIOS is also damaged?. The EN voltage and the VIN voltage are working on the chip, the powergood does not work. thanks.

If you press on the Caps-lock key, its LED is responding or you can hear any sound while entering BIOS Setup for example? Have you tried to check your LCD and the LCD ribbon cable? Tried to connect the laptop to an external monitor through HDMI?
It don't know about the vBIOS, but you can send the file, write your GPU details and we will try to find another one for you.

Hello. I looked and capslock doesn't respond, only the cpu and gpu are heating up. All voltages are working except pex vdd. I also tried hdmi without any results.

It could be a Hardware issue. Maybe someone else can give you a file to try it. I tried to find another similar BIOS but I can't find it anywhere.

It's okay. I'll try to find out if someone has a similar notebook so they can provide me with the BIOS for the trial. Thank you.

Hello. I would like to ask if you could remove the nvidia gpu from the bios so that the laptop starts via igpu and does not detect the nvidia gpu and the post runs. I suspect that the laptop is working but detects a damaged gpu and therefore the post does not run completely. thanks

With ASUS, not everything is quite so simple. I will show you my way. It may be longer or harder but it is the right way to do it in my humble opinion.

For example, you can have 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all being the same model, all of which will have different BIOS versions.

I will give you an example and my version of preparing BIOS from ASUS website and in the process I am always cleaning Intel ME while doing it so you have fully cleaned BIOS, no DMI data, no password, nothing.

This is the picture of 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all of them being X555LD...

ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI - BIOS Help
                          by grimacelord
                          Hello,

I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.

The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.

Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website...

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

                          ASUS TP500LA BIOS request/repair/merge?
                          by jbonavita
Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
                          Some issues
                          A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized

                          Things I tried

1- Update / clear ME: Took the non working bios, made a backup, and did this: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...theory/trouble...

I know there is somebody who can tell me what is happening with my laptop. For start, it is an asus vivobook s510ua with an asustek x510ua motherboard with an intel i5 7200u cpu and 16gb ram.. i have a screenshot from speccy before strange things started.. as you can see the laptop type and bios version x510ua.302.I don’t manually update the bios because i don’t like to having a bricked bios, i know what troubles that gives..

I did a fresh win 11 install, and after the automatic updates, windows rebooted and automatically started asus ez flash.....
