The situation is still the same, it's likely an AMD error

SMDFlea Is it as simple as copying this section from the original BIOS using HxD? I did, but it doesn't work, while both DMI and non DMI posted above work for me. I used the non-DMI as a baseand copied the section from the original. Is it possible that it's just corrupted?

search for text LENV and copy 8192 bytes - in post 2 it starts from 0FFE000 and ends to 1000000. or post your old backup.

Posting the original BIOS. If you could copy the data for me. I will then compare with what I did. But I'm pretty sure I did exacty this and it wil be identical. Yet, it does not work, the laptop is stuck at 0.75A and not fluctuating. WIth other bioses from here it fuctuates, restarts a few times and eventually works.

I copied the section from my backup into a known working clean BIOS and it does not work.

But I also used Lenovo DMI decryptor from this forum, decrypted my backup (most likely damaged) and the BIOS from post #2 with DMI (it worked when I flashed it on my laptop), and then compared them side by side. I found the serial number in both (even my damaged BIOS has it) but to my surprise the serial numbers were at different address when compared side by side. Is this expected? I expected it to be the at the same address when decrypted. May it be the reason why copying the encrypted section from my backup into a working BIOS did not work? Maybe I should take the #2 BIOS, decrypt it, change to my serial number and then encrypt again? Is there anything else I should move/copy this way to have the complete laptop information in the BIOS?

volinakis It works, thanks! But I really don't get it. I have just taken the non-DMI file now from post #4 and pasted the section from my backup. I have compared it with your file and it's identical. I am sure I did it the same way before and it didn't work then... Maybe it just didn't flash properly, I am using pogo pins with SVOD4.

                          Anyway, problem solved, thanks again!

you are welcome. This is the risk when using pogo or clamps, you don't know what went wrong. Desoldering chipset and using adapters is the best solution.
