dell g3 g5 bios Help

Hi All

i bought a broken dell g3 laptop and found out the cpu was dead
this laptop has 10th gen with rtx2060

so i got another motherboard 10th gen with rtx2070

but the motherboard just keeps boot looping
so i took the chip out 16mb one and it was completely dead

so i took of the chips 16mb and the 8mb one of the old motherboard

the chips are different brands

old motherboard has

winbond w25q64jv 8mb
and
mx25l12872f 16mb

new motherboard has
XM25QH64A 8mb
and
XM25QH128A 16mb

on data sheet they look the same with same pinouts and sync timings
so i assume i can use them ?

the laptop is a 3g but the rtx 2070 board comes from a 5g right ?
correct me if am wrong ?

but i tried alot of bios on this forum and non of the are working for me

some wont boot, some are booting instantly plug in power and fires up but no display and full fan speed

and some are responding to my power button push

but all have one thing in common is that they full fan spin and no display

is there anyone who can help me with a bios for my problem ?
