Dell 5430 Rugged Bios

Hello,
while I was trying to remove computrace from this dell the laptop became no display.
first I have a full backup which was verified. after the change of 00FDAA and 00FCAA the laptop did not power on.
so I restored the backup back but I got green blue red test display and no POST.
I also tried the rcv file recovery using USB but no luck
Please I need a working dump for this bios 5430 Rugged

now it power on ok, but hangs on DELL logo.
the battery led flickers 3-red 6-green.
according to dell diagnose:
3,6 for Dell Rugged :SBIOS Flash Corruption , Flash corruption detected by SBIOS
Please help

in addition to hoaca388's file I replaced also EC_Region from update. Let it plugged in, without CMOS battery and power battery for 10-15 mins. maybe is doing EC update.

Its not working at all. When i press power on nothing happens. I used another bios dump but it starts in red green blue diagnose and keeps restarting with this diagnosis.

computrace is permanently disabled but laplop requred wifi to finish installing windows
bypassnro command did not work on w/10/11

pathed bios admins password remowing program did not help
