I cant create a flashdrive for unlock .bin because i cannot install software to make one cause its laptop i bought online but its locked to root dont own admin user for OS which blocks my intend to install any setup to start unlocking bios without having dells tool in pre installeded folder so can someone share me unpacked client to dell laptop what is to make biosflash for usbstick??
