I saw someone doing them via USB, it's probably much simpler.
He should reread a dump to see if it deletes everything!

I have a FZ-55D Mk2 and I want to remove the BIOS password (In my case I bought it new, set it, then forgot it 😑). I'm interested in learning how to do this myself and am wondering, is the CH341A the recommended programmer for this task? I see it mentioned here a bunch, but I looked at the stickied thread and it says it's not recommended.

I've had really good luck with the CH341A Black. You'll need a WSON8 6x8 "pogo" probe if you don't desolder the chip. Use NeoProgrammer with the CH341 on the FZ-55D. Be aware you'll need completely remove the motherboard to read the chip on the back of the mother board. Panasonic did not make this easy (on purpose) but it's not too difficult.

Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1 BIOS repair
                          by aa10aa10
                          Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....

Panasonic toughbook CF-19 help connect the HDD directly. Need a SATA pinout.

Hello, dear community. NEED A DIAGRAM of the HDD/SSD connector contacts as an example (a screenshot from the diagram of another laptop on which I have already done this and a photo of the patient's board) Maybe someone can make a screenshot of the diagram with the pinout? Or does someone have a diagram of the motherboard schematic?

I am asking, because not find the information myself anywhere. I have a PANASONIC CF19 MK2 laptop (Any revision will do, I do not think that the contacts in the connector are located differently) but finding a basket for it at reasonable prices is a problem....

Panasonic FZ-55 Toughbook main board schematic request
                          by David Smedley
I've been working on this awful project with a Panasonic FZ-55, basically I'm trying to intercept the eDP signal from the main board, and replace it with my own eDP signal connected from an lcd driver. The problem is, for some reason the 30 pin ribbon pinout is really unusual and not playing nice with my LCD controller. Long story short, I managed to fuck up my board and pull off some pads on the eDP out port, I'm hoping to find either another eDP out source somewhere else on the laptop, or figure out this goddamn pin layout so I can just replace the whole native display complex with my controller...
