last Dell i did had pins on motherboard with jumper,took jumper off,unlocked bios

It must be entered on a Qwerty keyboard
Password is case sensitive
Enter password, then hold down control then press enter

can you give us the Dell Service Tag
sometimes found on bottom of laptop or in bios

tried all 3, still no access

Tried holding down the control and hit enter and it would not process
held down control and used mouse to enter and got error
used 595B, 2A7B, D35B prefix and still no access

2 weeks with no help or success and found this site, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3QMMaRNba4
modifications from hp to dell, and worked fine
