I have tried bios from post 42 a same no boot.
I have tried editing bios to remove SPD also and adding a RAM in DDR4 slot : same no boot.

bios is extracted from update with your DMI. So, your problem is hardware.

            Hi,

I tried a lot different bioses from this thread, but I always get the slow blinking power button.

Try, BIOS extracted from Lenovo website, serial/WIn key inserted
              ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL Laptop - Type 20VE
              BIOS ver. F8CN53WW
              S/N MP23F1SH
              MTM 20VES01C00

Flash both chips 8MB (64) and 16MB (128), if problem is the same, check hardware, some users even had the same problem on a working laptop to remove password, read BIOS (without writing anything to the BIOS chips), dead laptop with same symptoms (blinking power LED)
Start at post 66 from here if you want more info: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...password/page4

Seems to be a common problem for this motherboard, LA-K051P, used in ThinkBook 14/15 G2 ITL

For some reason even if I flash the backed up (original) files it no longer starts. The original problem was just a locked bios(password). Do you think I need to desolder the bios chips ? flashrom successfully verifies the chips after flashing. Perhaps I killed it some other way

Check if you didn't damage the resistors near the BIOS chips, if not, then it's exactly same issue described here:
                  https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...-functionality

Yours i think is the 4th or 5th Thinkbook 14/15 G2 ITL in this forum that died same way, majster-pl managed to fix his by reflowing CPU

Issue may be cracked solder balls on the CPU, proper fix would be reballing the CPU but the black glue on the corners makes it difficult without damaging the pads on the motherboard
I'm guessing that just the pressure when using the clip is enough to crack a solder ball there, probably on the corner near the BIOS chips

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request
                    by Wahaz
                    Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                    Lenovo ThinkStation P720 BIOS Request
                    by HammyCheesy
                    Hello all,

I'm trying desperately to revive a ThinkStation P720 that I purchased from a seller who claims it suffered a "failed firmware update."

When given power, the machine turns on, spins up fans, beeps a single time, fans slow down, then a beep code is sounded repeatedly (3 high/short tones, 1 low/long tone).

                    Type: 30BB
                    Model Number: S03600
                    S/N: MJ07N68C

                    Things I have tried:

                    1. Reseated all components, pulled everything except for 2 RAM modules (1 per CPU)
                    2. Attempted to boot with just a single CPU...
