I'm facing a problem with a locked bios with a password and i can't find how to remove it...
The small computer is only booting on a M2 ssd Windows partition and i get a "signed partition error" if i try to boot on the same SSD with another Os (linux for example).

I'm an owner of an Asus Vivobook S 14 Flip OLED TP3402 laptop (TP3402ZA-KN063WA)
with serial number: NBN0LP019584459
and I lost the BIOS password that I set in this laptop one year ago.
I tried to recover the password using the AMITSESetup method described on the forum. I found that it is possible by software to obtain the BIOS file from my computer (afuwin.rom), but when trying to do so in AFUWINGUIx64 I received the error number 31 "Unable to read contents from specified file" shown in the attachment. I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).
But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.
I'm trying to reset my bios without success.
I tried :
-I removed the BIOS battery and main battery. Waited for a long time but it didn't work. They already stated in the user manual that the password will not be reset even if the batteries... -
Hello everyone, I come here to tell you my problem regarding the power-on password. It is not a bios reset demand, and i can't have any access to windows. This is the bios and power-on password that is blocking all other things.
My Omen 15-dh0052nf purchased second-hand was configured with the bios password upon purchase (very simple password :P ).
Having decided to sell it in order to get something more powerful, I reset all BIOS settings and set a blank administrator password. But the power-on password cannot be changed to a blank one so I let the actual password set.... -

Is it possible to extract bios password from Bios dump instead of clearing the password? I have a EliteBook 840 G8 and would really need to know some way to extract the bios password and se it in clear text.
