If it's this chip, it can't be 184KB. Read the chip again.

Hello again. I initially flashed the corrupted bios with one that was uploaded in the chat (W25Q256FV@WSON8 8X6_20230112_142817 U367 MAIN). When I did this, the machine from 6 caps blinking went to turn on -but fans stayed fully rpm and that's it. I reflashed it with T82_01130100.bin and now doesn't turn on and caps flashes 7 times. I don't know if there is any hope. I have only the serial number of the machine.

Hello and sorry for the repost. I have a same and operational hp 845 g8 in my hands. Is there any software for backing up his bios and then you to make the proper modifications with the serial number?

                      Elitebook 850 G5 BIOS bricked
                      by Guest
                      Hello,

I have an EliteBook 850 G5. After a Windows update, including a BIOS update, the notebook turns on, but the screen remains black, and the fans spin at high speed—nothing else happens.

I assume the BIOS update failed, so I searched for the BIOS chip.

I found a Winbond chip located between the RAM and the hard drive, which has a size of 32 MB.

However, the BIOS update available on HP's website is only 17 MB in size. I used the update version that was previously installed when the notebook was still working.

                      Can the corrupted...

                      ASUS TP500LA BIOS request/repair/merge?
                      by jbonavita
Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
                      Some issues
                      A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized

                      Things I tried

1- Update / clear ME: Took the non working bios, made a backup, and did this: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...theory/trouble...

HP 800 G6 Locked BIOS (with Sure Start)
                      by idegenerated
                      Hi everyone,

Thanks for your help in advance. I have an HP 800 G6 that has "Protected by HP Sure Start" on boot. It has a locked BIOS that I'm trying to remove with RCUnlocker, but even after unlocking it and reflashing, it doesn't appear to work. The password is still prompted when I attempt to enter the BIOS.

Using NeoProgrammer in Windows and a CH341a I was able to read two 16MB BIOS chips, a GD25Q127C and a GD25Q128x like this thread here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...-desktop-mothe...
