I need help identifying this IC, it's from an Intel NUC NUC6CAYB, attached are 2 photos of the IC and 1 photo of a normal motherboard found on the Internet.

I think the marking reads RG5WK or R65WK and the other photo reads RG5VC or R65VC I think

Asus GL 752VW rev 2.0:
mosfet driver marked 5E=3D
I have MB boardview archive containing these files:

format.asc
imgui.ini
nails.asc
nets.asc
parts.asc
pins.asc

but...: i'm not able to read component name with Boardview (tested 3 different softwares)?
Any help?

Post more details of other markings from your logic board.

What brand ? Model ? You will have other silk screens on the board. Perhaps a schematic is floating for your unit.
