Which make / model is the laptop ? Saw the HP sticker. Perhaps it is referenced in my database of schematics.

Pour some alcohol over the damaged IC and this will allow for the indented laser markings to be visible.

Then tilt and apply a strong flashlight / cell phone torch onto the top surface.

Some of the markings should be visible. Plan B is to ask a vendor of the logic board to share the details but from my past experience, most will not help unless they have a monetary gain.

I would share the ORIGINAL pic from your motherboard and this new reference from Ebay with a supplier on Aliexpress. They are quite bright and able to source the weirdest parts from within China.
