hello everyone, I finally got the UT3 component, I only have one question before trying it: do I have to remove the bridge from pin 23 24?

Yes !! With the bridge, you are forcing the voltage to be present but this missing voltage is coming from UT3. That is, you cannot have 2 output voltages connected together like this.

Remove the bridge between pins 23 & 24 -> confirm the bridge is no longer there.

Then solder in the fresh UT3 and test again.
