    I measered the Power Rail:

    PPBUS_G3H = 12,3V

    PPBUS_HS_CPU = 12,3V

    PPDCIN_G3H = 20,3V

    PP5V_G3S = 0V

    PP5V_S5_LDO = 0V

    PPVIN_G3H_P5VG3S = 12,4V

    PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 12,4V

    PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC = 12,3V

    PP3V3_G3H_PMU_VDDMAIN = 3,2V

    PP3V3_G3S_WLANBT = 0V

    PP1SR3V3_G3H_P0V6_S3_VIN = 3,2V

    PPBUS_G3H_SSD0 = 12,3V

    PPBUS_G3H = 12,3V

    PPVIN_G3H_P1V1_S3 = 12,38V

    PP3V3_G3H_RTC = 3,3V

    PP3V3_G3H = 3,2V

    PP3V3_G3SSW_SNS = 0V

    PP3V3_G3S = 0V

    PPBUS_G3H_SPKRL = 12,3V

    PPVCC_NAND_SSD0 = 0V

    PP1V8_G3S = 0V

    PPVCC_S0_CPU = 0V

    Re: Water Damege 820 - 01958A no Power on

    P5V_G3S = 0V

    Check and post the voltage reading of P5VG3S_EN_DLY

    The P5VG3S_EN_DLY signal is driven by U7610. Investigate that this circuit is operating correcting by reviewing the INPUT to U7610 (pin # 1).

    Be sure that R7613 is still present.

    U7610 single gate IC is being powered via pin # 5 ?

    Post your readings.

      Thanks for the help. But now I have a bigger problem. The PP3V3_G3H is also no longer there.

      I removed the mosfet Q7680. After that I measured the pins

        Remove all power.

        Meter in resistance mode.

        Check the resistance to ground on the inductor L7690.

        Value ?

          What do you mean with "all Power"

            No adapter.

            No battery.

            Then take the resistance measurements.
