Hannspree Hanspad screen flickering

On my tablet recently screen has start to flicker...
I noticed that the battery is quite worn out.
So is this repairable,what could cause such issue?
It's a no name brand tablet and finding parts in my country is impossible.
So anything can be done,or just throw in garbage now for what I would feel sad because it's a 12 " tablet.
Now the picture is black all the time and I don't even see the picture on it.

Can be a bad battery , or bad connection on the screen.
If you power it up with PSU you have the same problem?

Can you see the display graphics if you shine your phone flashlight on the front / sides of the LCD? Try the flashlight at all angles to emulate the possible failed backlight.

Yes.
Well the battery is bad I know that for sure,it lasted only 2 h and when it gets to around 60 % of capacity tablet becomes slugish,when at 15 % it rapidly decreases capacity and shuts down.
I did get exclamation warning over battery sign most of the times when I wanted to charge the tablet.
So can be the bad battery?
In that case I can only throw it in garbage.
But I can not use it with external power bank battery via usb port.

I have a person who repairs the laptops and he told me that possible issue is ribbon/flat cable to the screen is gone...can it be that?
In that case,can anyone repair that,or needs new flat/display cable?

Change battery first, in these cheap devices the battery also acts like a filter capacitor and this may be your only issue.

I would suspect a partially damaged/dirty signal cable. That video shows a rolling picture not a flickering backlight.

It's all black from few days ago.
I can only see backlight with blank screen.
I have a guy who repairs laptop but here in Bosnia it's impossible to get parts for any laptop,tablet,cellphone,not to mention this is no name tablet.
So you think even if it's ribbon screen cable,I assume it's not repairable?
I suspect it's the battery issue.

Here is what I did,
now I'm getting that exclamation battery warning sign when connecting the charger.
Then I thought let me connect the external power bank over it's micro USB port and check to see what will happen.
And tablet started to charge over micro USB via external powerbank,I let it over night and it charged to 52 %...what is happening?
Charging circuit faulty?Battery faulty?
Now tablet works normally.
I let it charge over it's adapter now to like 80 %.
