Asus X751LD Black screen

Hello everyone
i have a ASUS laptop come shorted to ground internal memory
# power on taking only 0.14 A in power supply
# After removing and Disabling internal memory same think
Found that signal 1.35V_ON present only in pin 83 of IO messing in PD8300
After making jumper the laptop turn on but the voltage in little but higher 1.4v ????
Taking 0.45 A almost voltage there
the fun spinning half turn and stop... after 10s spinning full speed
# Coil of nvidia vcc worm with normal voltage 1.07v !!??
# I already Flash bios only but i'm not sure about the file is suitable for my BRD or not
i'have not EC file for ITE8585E

Where did you find your short? IC and pin number?

Short in 1.35v Line Ram vcc (Internal ram short to ground) ... after removing embedded ram short circuit gone
and after connecting DC JACK i get 1.4V

Mosfet and coil in nvidia graphic rail heat up and voltage is normal ???
