Short in 1.35v Line Ram vcc (Internal ram short to ground) ... after removing embedded ram short circuit gone

Hello everyone
i have a ASUS laptop come shorted to ground internal memory
# power on taking only 0.14 A in power supply
# After removing and Disabling internal memory same think
Found that signal 1.35V_ON present only in pin 83 of IO messing in PD8300
After making jumper the laptop turn on but the voltage in little but higher 1.4v ????
Taking 0.45 A almost voltage there
the fun spinning half turn and stop... after 10s spinning full speed
# Coil of nvidia vcc worm with normal voltage 1.07v !!??
# I already Flash bios only but i'm not... -

with red light only
i checked voltage supply
12V
3.3v
5v
1.1 vcc should be (1.2v)
1.01 vcc cpu should be (1.2v)
emmc vcc 1.8

I Have Toshiba laptop M780-102 start normally Toshiba Logo Appear
but 02 seconds only and then screen goes off (black screen)
external monitor work fine
i already checked lvds cable it seems ok
Flash bios in windows mode nothing happens

its come with broken dc jack and damaged IO
I changed IO and flash bios file
turn on but touchpad and boton not working
keyboard worked only in bios in windows mode not working

i have laptop hp 15 motherboard ABL51 LA-C781P Rev 1.0
Turn on black screen and caps locl blink 3 times .....
i tried to flash bios nothing happened..
and all voltage seem correct
but voltage in bios chip pin n°01 not stable from 0 to 2.5 v
please help me ihave no schematic for this motherboard... -

no power come with broken connector
change with new one press power nothing...
before i remove the connector id pin and v+ are shorted.... the laptop turn on with black screen and all voltage there 20v... 5v.... 3v... 1.8v... 1v...0.78v
when i replaced the connector the laptop wont turn on
please guide me...
i can't find schematic or bios dump for this board
