    How to recover files form a A1466 macbook

    Hi I have a 128GB SDNEP 655-1837C I cant find any adaptor to work and try to recover its files. Hope someone can give me a link where to buy this type of tool to recovery the files..

                Hi then you need one with enclosure is expensive the other one you can use another adapter to convert tu us which I already show you.

                    Easiest would be to use another macbook. Stick it in there, attach external drive, copy files, later copy to destination PC.

                      That is the easiest way if you go another macbook air from the same generation. But is not always possible if you got no shop. Or the board repairing is also possible.

                          Luckily A1466 = 13" macbook air from 2013-2017. And that SSD fits on 11" 2013-2015 aswell.

                            Most Macs from Mid 2013 to Mid 2015 can be used to read that SSD (excl. the DeadCPUBook 12"), they all use the same connector and are mostly compatible. MacBook Air and iMac 2017 too. iMac 21.5" won't have the connector if it only came with HDD originally though.
