Acer laptop power on but nothing

hi i need help about acer motherboard

i have
19v mosfet and cap
3v coil
5v coil
1.3v in ram
1.01v on proccesor capacitor integrated with gpu and chipset
3v in power button
1.8v bios chip
19v in monitor connector
i try flash bios too
2 coil near cpu short to gorund

before not powering on i replace a mosfet and led comes on
when i press power button led comes on but nothing happen fan no spinning, no display, it takes 0.006 to 0.007amper

i will post motherboard model soon

2 coil near cpu short to gorund-You measured in diode mode or resistance mode?? Do the measurement in resistance mode and post here. They will show a low value and that's normal but should'nt be zero in resistance mode.

SOC gives low resistance check the basic requirements of PU801 pin 27 22 21 15 8 2 3 5

I assume the two coils you mentioned shorted are PL803 & PL 805 ?
PL803 = SOC_VNN = iGFX VCore
PL805 = SOC_VCC = CPU VCore

Please tell us which coils have a low resistance to gnd.

as i remember 3v missing at pu801 and at pin 22 resistor R01 is dead and borken track

You'd have to get the chip from a donor board or program a new one yourself.

If you use the 9012kbc chip from a donor board, you will need to program it as well for which you need a kbc programmer like svod etc. Do you have a kbc programmer??

yes i have, but i have a bios chip in motherboard?

He might assume that the kbc firmware is stored inside the bios rom.
Pretty sure he wouldn't have to program it if he takes one from a exact same donor board.
