HP 820 G1 ,Blinking caps lock 3 times

i have this board :
SWBACK-6050A2560501-MB-A02

it can start but only 3 times blinking .
i reprogrammed Bios and EC but nothings
attached original bios and new reprogrammed bios
i know 3 times blinking ist Ram problem ,i changed with another model but dont change
i measured ram voltage , i have 1.35V and 0.75V for ram
any person have experiment? this problem ist hardware ?

it may be a CPU problem. Does it start Windows normally?

it dont can start ,black screen,without bios screen

Make sure you use known good compatible DDR3L RAM. Also try some contact cleaner in the slots.

i testet with 8pcs DDR3L Ram and also tryed for contact cleaner
any person have another good Bios?

when press power button, wifi and speaker led lighting ,fan is off ,caps and num lock 3-times blinking and fan start with max rpm,
in your opinion, ist EC problem or Bios ? or CPU?

my friend. i done
i searched before make new thread. most reason ist ram problem and i also see bios problem, all i done but for me not correct .
i maked a new thread,maybe Skilled person ,have good idea about Bios or Hardware problem

i reprorammed but ist same
maybe i have a cold soldering in cpu ?maybe connection between Ram and cpu have problem ? i dont know

Cold joints may happen under the CPU or on pins of the RAM slot. therefore, check pins of the RAM slot under microscope. The problem may also be due to a RAM that have dirty pads. The problem may also be due to a bent RAM slot that cannot hold RAM properly. Therefore, reinserting the RAM carefully may solve the problem.

Cold joints may happen under the CPU or on pins of the RAM slot. therefore, check pins of the RAM slot under microscope. The problem may also be due to a RAM that have dirty pads. pin 30 > 128mv
pin 75 > 1.35v

and NOW complete dead, only power led light and after 2 second turn off
i measuring EN in TPS51362 ,ist null .so it dont have voltage
So at this time ,i dont have 1.35v
maybe i have problem with KBC
i have 1 volt for cpu but KBC dont send EN for TPS51362 (Ram power supply), its normal ?

you probably have shorted some pins on the RAM slot. now, check what other voltage rails are present on coils.

In addition, I guess the CPU had been defective before you made the short. Thus, do not worry about the short. Now, mainboard replacement seems to be a better option if it is cheap.

pin 30 DRAMRST 0.128MV that's bad heat up the SOC CUP PCH side too much heat will cook the MOB
