the voltages on each pin1=0v pin2=0v goes to ground on continuity pin3=0v
                pin4=3.3v pinv=0v. on diode mode pin1= 0.500 pin2=0 pin3=0.700 pin4=0.600 pin5=0.500

Assume pin 2 is the GND of this IC the rest of the pin's seams to be fine
If Pin 4 is the enable Signal to Drive Swatch on +5V to Fan & HHD you are missing +5V input
What if you put a jumper +5V to fan & HHD and see if the problem goes off
Replace those 2 caps if you can

What pin of the 5 Leg ic did you inject 5V ?

if i injeck 5v on pin 5 on the ic the fan turns on because this pin is connector to the capacitor near the hdd connector and two caps near the fan connector

I think this series have 2 variant model, one fanless and next with fan.

                        by Superbee_dad
                        Hello Sharp TV experts
Our Sharp LC-80LE642U displays one short one long flash error code which is a backlight error. I went into service mode and there were 8 lamp error counts recorded. I reset the count to 0 and did a reset. The last monitor error cause was 16 B00014639:12. 16 is the code for backlight error. I tried to power the tv up but went back into error mode.

                        > I checked voltages on the power supply board and they all check out .. including 3.28 volts at the error pin.

                        Philips 60PFL8708S/12 - QFU1.2E LA - Error code 53
                        by Maalobs
                        Hi,

I have a 2014 vintage Philips 60PFL8708S/12 that suddenly died in the middle of the kids watching a show.

The relevant service manual for the chassis is available here.
The TV no longer powers on, and leaving it powered on for a few minutes results in the layer-1 error with 2 blinks.
When I short the SDM to ground I get the layer-2 error code 53.

The inside of the TV has no damaged components and no swollen capacitors.
In SDM-mode when all the power rails are left on despite entering the protection mode, I tracked down and measured...

worked fine but after latest update see (There was an error activating your device. Please try again).
Erased and boot in internet recovery, same error.
changed to original serial number (iCloud OFF & MDM ON), same error.
tested with others serial number, same error.
                        tested (CMD+R), (Option+CMD+R), (Shift+Option+CMD+R), same error
Revived and restored by Apple Configurator and same error.

                        by rmjimenez455@gmail.com
Hello everyone, next I have the following problem with the Sumsour 8586D 110v dual station I bought it a year ago and it worked wonderfully, now it presents the H-E error on the soldering iron side, the hot air side works correctly..... I disassembled the soldering iron head because the manual tells me that this error is due to ceramic resistance problems, in effect, I measured it and it is open, I bought a new one that is working verified in a soldering iron and nothing.... The same error continues, I proceeded to open the station and check visually, I found a totally damaged 1R00 surface mount...
