    Re: Good programmer

A single programmer can not be found to do them all properly. You need at least 2 powerful programmers. If you buy cheap programmers, you need 3 programmers. All the programmers which you buy, should be able to do programming for the following interfaces:
    - SPI
    - Jtag
    - KBC
    - TV Bios interface (that I do not know what it is.)
    - ECU Bios interface (that I do not know what it is.)

A very good programmer is TNM5000 which is expensive. I do not know whether it is available in your country or not.
You can use a combination of EZP2010 and SVOD which are good and powerful.

I don't like SVOD, becoz it needs extra $10 each to activate ITE and novuton.

          Thank you brother.
1- I have the SVOD but I can not master its full use (I can not flash the KBC - ITE - ENE and other) I still have some trouble using.
2- I also have the TL866CS which works well for the moment but only flash bios. not the KBC ITE ENE NUVOTON and others

                CH341 Programmer - any good for 1.8V?
                by dicky96
                Hi guys
I have a TL866 CS Eprom programmer and up until now it did everything I needed to do

However for the first time I have come across a 1.8V Eprom and my programmer will not do 1.8V

                I need to program a 25Q64FWTG

I could splash the cash and buy a V11.71 TL866II. These come with various attachments and the kit including a 1.8V adapter is either €62 with 12 adapters or €68 with 1 7adapters. I also have the option to buy just the programmer for €46.70, if I could get the 1.8V adapter separately and use the other eprom adapters from...

                Q: I have a bios request,i can`t post my backup as i can`t read from the chip.

A: If you can`t read from it how do you expect to write to it ?.

Q: Why is my bios chip unreadable ?.

A: The programmer is faulty or has a worn or broken zif socket.

The USB cable is frayed, connector pins worn or some other physical damage.

                RT809H Programmer Firmware Corrupted
                by Teeheeze
This is a shot in the dark, but I was just using my RT809H programmer and it got stuck in a certain state so I power cycled it. Now, the device LED just flashes quickly and does not connect to the software. I've tried to update the BIOS of it and it fails. I went so far as to remove the ROM from the programmer itself but it's some weird chip (I believe ATMEL, but I can't find any datasheet on it) so I've been unable to read the BIN from it w/ my other programmer. Chip has ATMLHC4C56BM CN written on it (I think). I'll upload an image. I have the programmer's BIN ready to program it manually. Anyone...

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
                by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and
