UX31A fan always at max speed

    UX31A with 8G DDR3,
the fan is always at maximum speed, with the bios update or bios reprogramming there are no changes.
I've tried with a program that modifies the EC with no luck.
I know this problem is common on this laptop, but others are able to change speed with an EC hack
in this case the problem is probably in another place because this method does not work.

Cpu and other temp is very low, around 30-33 C°
          intel cpu test passed
I just tried to change the bios.
I try to reprogram the ME with the old bios.
The guys of dr. bios say it's a ME problem

You upgraded your motherboard, didn't you?
The newer motherboard model has a different model fan.
The old fan speed control is not compatible so it runs at 100%.
