neo basic b2235 shutdown if heavy usage

hi everyone i have this NEO BASIC B2235 laptop at first when i install normal windows 7 shutsdown after 30 minutes to 1 hours so i try lite version of windows 7 boots fine and no shutdown if i leave the laptop without doing anything but if i use installing softwares and drivers automatically shuts off. i already change the processor the same problem anyone can help on this please is this ME REGION problem? it is a core 2 duo 2ghz processor even i change to lower 1.6 the same issue i already add 1 330uf tantalum caps but the same issue.anyone can help me on this please

anyone can help me on this please laptop shuts down automatically if i install a software or any drivers but when i leave it open with no activity laptop not shut off automatically anyone please give an advise to solve this please

I have some comments about your situation :

1- You changed the CPU with another one , and i think it's used and may be defected too . In such case , you can always try a Dual core instead of an I core 2 if you have A reliable one . It's compatible .

2- Did you try another Rams ?

3 - You said you added a 330 microF. but maybe one of the other ones is leaky , so better replace all if it is a Token , or replace all the 330 microF on the cpu VCORE rails .

4 - If you did all the above , and the problem remain , then re-install any windows 7 , and install all the drivers , except the VGA's driver .
If the problem disappear or at least become very rare to occur , then you have a problem in the graphics chipset .

thanks for the response ill never tried cpu dual core i only try there cpu with core 2 duo i will try with dual core. the problem with this if i watch video no shuts off but when i install software like microsot office and net framework the installation cannot finished it automatically shuts off. ill try change the other tantalum caps ill tried already lot of rams form 2 gig to 4 gig but still the same issue

Well friend , We usually do the reverse , from Dual core to I core 2 to raise the laptop price , lol , but in your case , it's okay for testing purposes .

Sounds like the heatsink. I would also check the CPU fan...

It could be overheating indeed, check CPU temperature (with SpeedFan for example).
As it appears to be a SiS chipset (I didn't check earlier), there is no ME region so that's not your issue.
Make sure you disconnect the battery and use a proper power brick.

thanks for the response friends i thin this is overheating because when i use speed fan software cpu temp core 0 and core 1 reach 54c ill try to change this cpu to dual core and see what happens

54°C is actually pretty cool if it's under load. If it's idle that's not that cool but it's not a high temperature either.
Start a stress-test and check what temperature the CPU reaches.

thanks again friends i change the processor to dual core and reinstall new os and now it ok i can install now the softwares withoud automatically shuts off and it been couple hours laptop working without problem thanks again
