Another solution would be to read only the Ssd and extract both side of it, donc know how to proceed without schematic of it... It is a smsr150s3 from kingston

I'm worry about High-side mosfets, probably one of those have been shorted.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but if you want to get the data from the SSD, it is a mSATA so there is no issue, just put that in another laptop or use a mSATA → SATA/USB converter

I don't think so with a 1.2ohm short to ground.

It is a special version msata... Smsr150s3, it contains 2ssds that are on one PCB... If I connect that one to a normal msata, I only detect 1 of the 2ssds.. and they are configured in raid0 :-/

Regarding the mosfet (damn autocorrect), which one you think could be shorted?

Ok sorry, I did not know it has that kind of configuration. Maybe you could get something by using a mSATA to SATA converter on a desktop motherboard which supports RAID?

About the short on the motherboard, maybe you could try to remove PR4004 and connect the batteries on the pin shorted to ground (should be pin 2)? Also, if the cables are heating up, use thicker cables. If the batteries are heating up, it means you're already drawing a lot of current so a component on the motherboard should get hot too. If you cannot locate the short with batteries, you could try to use an ATX power supply, but most of the time they will turn off due to the overcurrent condition.
You should really get an adjustable power supply with current limitation to troubleshoot motherboards. Look at the DPS series if you don't want to spend too much money. You still need an AC to DC power supply though, but you can hook the DPS to any PSU, like an ATX PSU (but you will not be able to go higher than 10V), or another 24V or 48V PSU with sufficient current capabilities.

1.2 ohm and U6202 probably was clue, since more than one pieces dual N-channel mosfets on this mobo.
I suspect 5v line was shorted too
That was good idea to measure resistance versus gnd on every coils/inductors first.
