dell laptop with power problem

please I urgently need help with this dell laptop,when you put the charger in the power jack the charger light goes off ,on dell laptop mostly it's a bad caps which normally does that,after checking all caps on the board whether some is burnt ,it all looks OK,please can anyone help me with what to check next?motherboard number is LA-9104P Rev:1.0(A00)tnx in advance

A good start is to check and compare voltages from page 35 .
P.S. Dell adapters sometimes show the same problems when loading . Try another adapter .

Probably a short to ground on B+ line. Check resistance to ground of a component on that line (PR102 for example).

I just removed PR102 and when i connect the power the charger light does not go off,does it mean i should replace PR102,please?

No, I told you to mesure resistance between PR102 and ground. You have a short to ground on the B+ line.

You must search in the schematic after B+ you will find many jumper interrupt them
and messurs on whitch side is the short to ground
