Aspire 7520 not power up

Hi i have strange problem with this machine
La-3581p
when adapter on first i have 3,3v and 5valw ok BUT when i press power button not power and shorted 3,3v and 5valw . so no more 3,3 and 5v only short 0.1ohm resistance .
Replaced : PU3 , ENE ic , PU11 , Bios IC , AND no change same short
on my PSU do not consume current onle 090 amp .

My doubt is IGP dead bu i cant confirm ?

it has mxm video card ? if yes try remove it and see what it does.

The short is on 3.3v and 5 v so 3.3VALW and 5VALW are shorted after i press power button

Usually if the mcp67 is burned all caps on it are shorted but on this igp the caps are ok.
And if is problem of mcp67 i think the machine start for one sec BUT in my case go in short 3.3-5VLAW this is strange?

check for short on 3.3 and 5V switched rails.
