troubleshooting memory read/write failure dell 3542

some liquid doped near DDR3L socket caused a short in memory the whole PCB
no response
after removing memory,, PCB power up with 2 beeps code " memory not detected"
putting another working DDR3L memory PCB respond with 4 beeps code
" memory read/write failure "
any chance fixing this board where should i begin

The 4 beeps code in Dell 3542 means Memory failure , meaning the other two sticks are either damaged or not compatible ..Saying it's DDR3L isn't enough , you should also affirm the rest of the specs labeled on sticks , like for an example "2GB -1333". They should be also of the same bus speed as the other ones ..
