This is the bin files, you must remove it and flash it with programer.

The one chip is placed near the intel chipset and the other near the kbc controller.

Here bios for Toshiba C850D and brd + schematic for DK10ABX-6050A2509701-MB-A02 and DK10FG-6050A2491301-MB-A02

I had toshiba satellite c850d which had no power or lights at all.. 0.2v to bios chip and nothing to EC aswell when plugged in and power button pressed.
Problem was small mosfet near DC in, i tested it only had 150ohms and should have 400-600ohms, dont have schematic for the exact board but i hope this can help someone, if u have same problem ,take picture of power circuit and ill point it out might be it

hye rippergr this issue is about bios. please do reprograme the bios first with a good one. u must have eeprom programmer. but after u got 3v and 5v alw.
if u no 3v 5v dont flash but u need check where missing volt from schematic. for your reference please check couple of capacitor ,coil and mosfet in one place. so over there maybe 3v 5v section. just my suggestion

Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 - no power
              by PantherDave
              Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

Elitebooks (820, 840 etc. all gens) and those continuously flashing Power LED + flashing CapsLock LED
              by STKR123
As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...

un65tu7000fxza - Flashing Red Power Light
              by stephonwhyte
un65tu7000fxza - I am experiencing the flashing red light on the power led. So I purchased the replacement kit for the mainboard and power supply. I still experienced the flash red power light. So I purchased a new ribbon cable, The flashing light stopped for a minute, I could hear sounds on the TV but no picture. I did the 60 second reset and it went back to flashing. What could possibly be the issue now? All the LEDs are lit up from what I can see.

              Thanks for all responses.
