Toshiba c855-2gc flashing power light

Hello,
I have a toshiba c855-2gc laptop which is not power on at all. When I connect it with ac adaptor it flashes the power light on/off (tried different power). It just light on the light and then it becomes even brighter (all that in less that a second) and then it turn off. It makes that no matter how many hours I let it.
I also hear a weird white sound in the board that starts slow and get a little noisier as the light gets brighter and then stops.
The laptop is not spining any fan or lights any other light or keyboard light.
I found a schematic but I dont think it's the right one.
Also this board has no printed components on it.

Can someone tell me to test some suspicious components even without schematic?

u must find datasheet or schematic with same component

The main problem is that there is no printings on the pcb board so I need help to identify and test components with visual identification.

u must find datasheet or schematic with same component

easier said than done, but like I said, when somebody try to help, you should answer that suggestion and not ignore it when it wrong.

Can I try remove a component or inject voltage somewhere to see if something is defective even without schematics?

Do I have to remove bios and reprogram it or I can do it with usb ?
Can you point where the ec is?

Ρε φίλε μην το παιδεύεις άδικα. Αυτα τα board έχουν συνήθως προβλήματα με τα fet εισόδου (που δεν είναι αυτό, αφού ανάβει το led) ή με την GPU τους ή με το PCH. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα για μένα, τζάμπα τα ψάχνεις. Σου είπα από την αρχή, δεν υπάρχει σχηματικό για αυτό το board και επομένως δύσκολα θα σε βοηθήσει κάποιος online (ακόμα χειρότερο που δεν έχει και τίποτα τυπωμένο). Πάντο σε κάποιον που έχει γνώσεις για να μην παιδεύεσαι.
