HP G7 Series No Power Question

    Model: HP g7-1310US
Motherboard Model: DAOR13MB6EO (I included a schematic of the board)
I sure could use some help with this no power problem. There is no life in this laptop & I couldn't try the laptop battery because it is dead. I need to know what the ohms value & part number for the sensing resistor in the yellow box provided below. Also I have included another picture of the tested points & what voltages I have found. I do not know what could be preventing the +3v & +5v to even come up. Please I beg of you of any help. I am by far no expert & this is a learning experience for me. I just want to fix my own stuff & not send it to the landfill.

If you have 19V on PQ23 pins 1-3 then you have +VAD 19V also.
And as you have no voltage on pin 20 on PU2, then check resistor PR12, is it 22 ohms?

If you measured across PR12, then it should not show so much. Replace with correct one.
