PCF1579-ND will not work on this TV. But, it can be used (to test if the TV will turn on after the part is replaced) to power on the TV with flickers.Leave a comment:

I formatted a bunch of IDE Seagate HDD (60+) using SeaTools from Seagate.
80GB took 30-45 minutes to format.
You could also try Active @ KillDisk free version. I think it might take longer to format each drive.Leave a comment:
