Hp Laptop DV7-1245DX turn off after 3 secs.

    Hello Friends.

I have a hp laptop dv7-1245dx with turn off after 3 secs after push turn on button.
This laptop comes to me because has overheating past time.
The laptop was working slow and don't let me reinstall a fresh copy of Windows Vista or Windows 7. (stop a middle of the job)
So, I decide to do the reflow (20 times success before with another laptops) and now doesn't want keep on.

    My question is.
Do I screw up the video chip?
    Processor comes badly?

    Any help can be appreciate.
    Thanks.

        update.
The indicator light charging is on
When I push power button turn on even the fan and turn off after 3 secs.
After that when I press the power button again doesn't do nothing.
I have to disconnect the power adapter and try again for antoher 3 secs.
I have the schematic but where do I need look for gpu fail.
What do I need looking at?

I think I find the problem.
              I guess.

On some of components on the top gpu chip there is not continuity. (3)
              Maybe a shorted????

this ic is sensible to heat and easy can blow. just check resistance of top capacitors on chip. cannot get both side lower than 04ohm

                    yeah.
the same 3 capacitor show higher resistance,
                    next step.
                    replace motherboard right?

MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX (MS-16R6) LAPTOP WON'T TURN ON AFTER RESTARTING
                      by RdeveLabs
                      To all the members here...

Let me tell you a little bit about what happened to my laptop (MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX model: MS-16R6) that “maybe” you know how to solve this problem.

So before this problem happened, my laptop was running smoothly. When I wanted to restart my laptop, it looked fine at first. But after I waited for this restart process to take a long time, until finally I panicked (because the restart process did not finish plus the laptop screen only showed a black screen), I immediately pressed and held the power button to force the laptop to turn off. But...

Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 (1868) won't turn on
                      by yomama07032
I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 (1868) - 13.5 inch. It is the version with the i5, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB SSD. I believe the motherboard number is M1098028-008. It has been dead for a year and a half. I tried everything that is suggested on Microsoft's support website. I have the original power supply, and the white light on the power supply's connector turns on and stays on when it is connected to the laptop. Nothing happens when I try to turn on the laptop. The caps lock key's light does not turn on. There is absolutely no sign of life. I have also tried charging the laptop using the USB-C...

                      by PacoGT
A few days ago my laptop gave me problems, when I wanted to turn it on to my surprise without charging so I did not put much importance on it, after that I turned it on with a charger, it turned on and charged the laptop, the problem with the laptop is that when it is turned off it turns to turn on after seconds, sometimes at 2 or sometimes at 8, other than that it works normally, I already checked many things, I changed a mosfet at the charge input to a pnp but it remained the same, after that I checked and I did not find anything outside Normally, before that, it had a failure where I changed...
