i think the battery mosfet is bad try to change it, and try to swap the two mosfet if you are unable to buy a new one.Attached Files -

Change Or check Power adapter ,(using bench power supply Instead of adapter )
Download Schematic And check Charger IC And Components (Mosfets , Caps , Fuse ,...)
Check Voltage On Charger ICComment

why replace? u must check if is bad. do u want to replacing all parts on board until u find one bad?Comment

it's easy to change one mosfet, but it's difficult to change charging ic, my answer was based on my proper experience, because i have repaired two laptop with the same problem (platform scal 2 and scala 3)Comment

The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.
Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.
This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.

I ordered a Bluetooth earbud one and half year ago, and right earbud broke. The light that should have been red when you put it in the charging case started to turn blue continuously(which means earbud is not charging) and after 1 week the earbud completely died. I have a strange problem with my iPad Pro 12.9 4Gen / A2229. When I start the device, it stays on the Apple logo, but when I heat the back of the device with a hair dryer, the device boots, but this time there is an interesting problem. The iPad is charging, but there is no USB data on the computer. The USB charging port has been changed and the chips seem normal, but I have given it to 2 different Apple services in Latvia, but the repair could not be done. Is there anyone who can help with this? Can someone support the repair by sending only the motherboard within Europe? Thank you.
