Huawei motherboard part number DAH98MB38B0 missing part

In the attached photo of this Huawei motherboard I would appreciate if anyone of you knows the type of the IC in the red circle.

From studying other H98 schematics / files, this appears to be:

TI # TPS51396 or equivalent.

I finally managed to find the correct component from another exactly the same motherboard. I attach the photo. The IC I search is the one marked DCUCLZ (as it seems to be from the photo). It must be a DC-DC regulator but I can't find it anywhere on the internet. Any idea what it is exactly or to find some equivalent?
