    A1706 No power

Hello, I have a macbook a1706 (820-00923-A) that does not turn on, the 20v ubc triggers but no power consumption, no short and no liquid damage, PPBUS_G3H: 0V15 (16mohms no short), U7000 is well powered by the 20V, I looked at everything around the ISL9239 chip the resistors are good, so I replaced the chip twice but the result is the same, my skills stop there can you help me please?

What are the voltages to ground of the following points?

    TBA_VDDA
    TBA_VDDP

    TBA_AUX_DET

    TBA_CSI_P
    TBA_CSI_N

    SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA
    SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL

These look ok to me. Flux and remove the fuse @ F7000. Power up again with the adapter. What voltage do you measure at the removed fuse F7000, pcb pad #1 = ISL / producer side of this power rail.

          F7000 PIN 2 : 0V700 increasing
          pin 1 : 0V
