IMPORTANT information - XinZhiZao / XZZ PCB File format is now supported by FlexBV (free and licenced editions)

This is an important update for ALL the repair community.

For years now the repair industry has suffered to a new class of gatekeeper when it comes to getting our boardviews & schematics, files are being leaked out of factories but only to select groups who then no longer share those files out to the community, locking them up in a proporiatory format with online-only access.

The XZZ PCB file format has now been reverse engineered and you can now read those .pcb files in FlexBV, free, demo and licenced edtiions.

I've also shared the the format information and crucial details to people who are also writing support for OBV.

I would like to thank the people who created the tools for saving the files out of XZZ and to those who used their skills to find the crucial bits of information we needed to unravel the file format.

Not yet but I know there's a few people working on it. One I have is about 70GB compressed up but is now a bit out of date ( and I don't have a way of hosting it ).

Keep tabs on this thread and hoping in the next 24hrs we'll have something.

Paul, could you share a way or even header of .pcb to extract it from memory?

          Great work!

If people are after an archive of files, please try this magnet link and also, once it has all downloaded ( ~65GB ) please consider leaving the client running for a bit to help the data "get out there".

Thanks, I contributing in sharing file. But from what I see it is quite old? Like 6-8 months? And .pcb are already converted to .cad?

It's just a starter for people who haven't already gotten their hands on it before. There's plenty of new ones that can subsequently be downloaded individually.

Yeah, I know that - just asking because I have hope there are some .pcb instead of .cad.(still downloading at home).

I've not seen many of the files (pcb) converted to GenCAD (cad) other than one or two that we've had to literally cash favours in just to get our hands on. If someone was able to convert them in the past then it's very annoying that they hadn't been sharing with the rest of the community. At least now we can ALL download pcb files out of XZZ and read them directly without needing to wait for someone to be "kind enough" to convert them

I know I've got the iP13~16 files now which aren't in this large download archive. Early days yet, someone will likely set up a site where we can all add files as we get them ( Badcaps is a good place too )

So my theory is, maybe these .cad files in this archive was original files but in the meantime XZZ converted them to .pcb for obfuscation purposes.

                          Edit:
It is possible, or it is planned to show diode values from XZZPCB?

I've been advised there's a new preferred torrent magnet link if you'd be able to utilise this instead ( supposedly to help the balancing )

I would like to note it's the same torrent id, you can just add these trackers to existing torrrent job:
                                  Code:
                                  udp://open.tracker.cl:1337/announce
