What temperature with the heat gun should be use to remove large and small chips from the laptop and mobilephones motherboard? My problem is that the chips not easily remove from the motherboard, example 380°C degrees. I don't know if there is a difference with the devices that the temperature is not stable with them even it shows the right temperature, what should it be? I don't know if I should use higher temperature but the risk of destroying other components?
I have device Sugon 202. I'm used also normal flux and rosin flux.

I found what a chip this really is MSOP-8 G547I1. This not added to boardview MSI MS-17F31 because motherboard is little different than MSI MS-17F51. Anyone know, need to be programmed like this chips?... -

I removed also the burned resistor (PR93). I can replace any resistor that looks like the same original resistor?

Still the system won't turn on, fan won't spin, no light etc... When connect to the charger and check with a thermal camera, you see that this chip (PU5) WQFN20_TSMDQ63 soon very hot about 50°C.

Anyone know it is this the bios chip or someone other? It's burned. No available boardview or schematic for MSI MS-17F51.
I checked the MSI MS-17F31 boardview and there is added the info "TSSOP8" for chips of this size.

Dell latitude 7300 motherboard components
The motherboard is liquid damaged and the three capacitors and one mosfet is burned. I don't have a boardview or schematic of the Dell Latitude 7300 motherboard. Can someone tell me what voltage and amperage value capacitor can install and mosfet part number?

Can the size of the capacitor be larger or smaller than the original?
What values are important to be exactly the same as the original uf, a, v, ohm?
