    works incredibly slowly, replaced the battery, thermal paste and the burnt C7960 ! HELP

    PFM006 error means you have missing sensor data from somewhere. When I've seen it in the past on other models, it's usually due to absence of data from a thermal sensor (like U5800/U5810/U5870 etc). Use something like HWSensors and compare it to a working model to narrow it down. If you have a known spare chassis, install the board into that to rule out things like bad battery flex cable, trackpad, fan etc.

        the fan is running at full power. apple diagnostics shows problems with SMC. bypassing and resetting SMC does not help. what is the SMC chip?

          Check for knocked off or damaged component(s) on underside of board, probably around U5870, or U4830. I did something similar on a A1706 board putting the board back in, and knocked off a resistor around the thermal sensor IC's causing the same issue.

            I examined the entire board and there are no knocked down or abnormal phenomena. Everything around these chips is also beautiful.

              SMBUS_SMC_3_S0_SCL=8 KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_5_G3H_SCL=3.535 KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_0_S0_SCL=8 KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_4_G3_SCL=8 KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_1_S0_SCL=8 KOHM

              SMBUS_SMC_3_S0_SDA= 8KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_5_G3H_SDA=3.535 KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_0_S0_SDA=8KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_4_G3_SDA=8KOHM
              SMBUS_SMC_1_S0_SDA=8KOHM

              nothing looks abnormal

                  words cannot describe my pain! I replaced the u5000 and u5870 (like Louis...) but to no avail! then I saw a message from reformat about replacing the case! and it worked, the problem remained in the case! (most likely in the keyboard itself). in another case the board works as expected! for the sake of experiment I installed another working board in this problematic case and it also began to work slowly and the fan made noise! thank you, together we are strong!!!
