I have replaced the display on my A2337 and I believe that during the change the battery connector was re-connected to the logic board and therefore I now have a non-working camera in my A2337 laptop.
After the problem occurred, the camera was no longer detected and True Tone didn't work. I replaced the eDP flex cable (display connector) and now the camera is detected and True Tone works again.
The problem is that when I open Facetime, for example, the green camera LED does not light up and the camera image remains black. In the end I get an error message. Does anyone know what is fried on the logic board or where I could start looking?
Thanks.
