HP G6 strange problem

hope to get help.
Random that notebook turn on but no video.
If remove battery and turn on with ac adapter all work.

Reflash the bios.
Check the thermal compound under :-)

Well, about bios is installed last version F.66
About thermal compound, already replaced.
The motherboard is an integrated version then without graphic ic dedicated.

well, i seen that:

- with battery, start but no video

- with battery and ac adapter, start but no video

- with ac adapter only, start and work fine.

did you try with another battery?
i saw a lenovo 3 days ago that freez and shutdown with battery on( batt was fubar).
with another(new) was ok.
if does the same think with another working batt then you must try a downgrade bios.
if that does not work you need to chase the ic charging chip

done bios downgrade.

at first 3 time seem work. i need to test in the next days.

bios version now F.64

i think no because i done downgrade bios and got same problem.

Did you check all secondary suuplies if all they are OK? Like CPU Vcore, GPU core and memory?

tested with another battery and problem is same.

the strange thing is that if i remove battery and start again, it work and video appear.

No video, but you have all secondary lines like 1.8V in RAM, 1.2V GPU, 1.05V CPU core and so on?

i need to check, consider that if i start with ac adapter only, without battery work fine

update, i've seen that when defect is present, VCC_CORE is not present.
