Help me identify the component for Thinkpad E15 Gen 2 - NS-D013 - daughter board

I have the schematics for the motherboard (NM-D011) but not the daughter board (NS-D013) which is responsible for power button, fingerprint reader, wired network, etc.

I found this diode marked '5AE2D" partially shorted. On the board it is marked as U0302. Can someone, please tell me the actual diode name so that I order a replacement for it?

    Thanks.

What do mean by "partially shorted"? Also it's not a diode, must be a power distribution switch (G517E2T11U).

Partially shorted=still measures over 200 Ohms of resistance across. It is supposed to be in mega Ohms. When injecting voltage, this thing lights up like a x-mas tree.

The only place to order this chip is in China. I may as well spend $13 and get a new daughter board under 3 days.

      Thank you for replying.
