how does that help?
you need to get it into recovery or fastboot mode.
that needs the power and volume buttons working

so if you disconnect the battery, then reconnect - does it turn on without the power button?

That's an android tablet? First I'd try something like a factory default or disconnecting the battery for a bit and then try again.

Yes, I had disconnected the battery and had the same problem
I haven't tried without the power button yet
