can replace controller ic SY8288BRA with SY8288BAC?

    can replace controller ic SY8288BRA with SY8288BAC?

    the original 3v controller ic from motherboard is SY8288BRA...I found replacement with code SY8288BAC, but i just get info from someone he said that BAC is only for 5v controller...is that right?

        and this is what i have....SY8288BAC....someone told me this ic only design for 5valwp...not for 3v

                SY8286BRAC also designed for 3VALWP. pinout also same as per the datasheet. Have to checkout the pins before installation.
