My mainboard is Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15iKB NM-B451 Rev 1.0. I tried to shift resisters according to schematic described on page 8. shift 2 resistors from RC1634, RC1635 to RC1631, RC1632. But same condition. When i connect the adapter, the laptop starts itself. Its taking 0.56Amp and following voltages found on coils.
pl1004 - 1.044v - +vcc_sa
pl1002 - 1.077v - +cpu_core
pl1003 - 1.081v - +cpu_core

I had the same issue on LENOVO B590 it had i3 CPU when it came to my hand. I try to solve in many ways but no use. Finally i replaced a Celeron CPU, Thereafter this laptop is working since last two years. The problem was this system came with celeron CPU originally but one technician was replaced it with i3 CPU thereafter this problem started. But this customer left this laptop with me and he got a new laptop. I am using it without any trouble.Leave a comment:

i don't have an accurate bios for it. i used someone sent it for me. but it shows the model number is hp probook 4540s. my laptop model is HP Probook 4441s. Motherboard: Rocky_Intel_Mb 11243-1 48.4SI01.011 with AMD Radeon Graphics controller.Leave a comment:
