    Easiest way to locate components from donor board?

    I've got a LA-D993P with an exploded PL900(see attachments). I also want to replace the cap next to it, PC903. The schematics show the specs for the components which I'm sure I could find on mouser, alie-express, etc, but I was hoping to fix this board right now. I've got hundreds of laptop motherboards and I was wondering how you all go about finding replacement components from other(not same board) boards?

      I pull what I need from sample books, if i didn't have those then I'd locate a boardview/schematic of one of my donors and then look for the suitable value I required.

          I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

          Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

          I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

          The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

          With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

          I'm not quite sure how this happened but a couple of components got ripped off the board when removing from the Logic Board from the iMac.

          Can anyone help identify them?

          I'll have to do the trace repair on the board before soldering on replacements but would prefer to order the components rather than get a whole scrap logic board off eBay.

          Hi There,

          This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

          After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

          Hy guys , i have a DVR board DS-80104 REV 2.2 that was powered wrong, i have some smds on the board that are blown and i can't identify them , maybe if someone has this board somehow and we can identify the smds', i have searched online and i can't find a schematic.
          The smds are SOT-23-6 , one of them i think it has the marking ADJF since i found another one on the board with this marking , but the other one it seems that it starts with AG or it looks like. I would really apreciate if someone could help me identify those IC's .
