ASUS Q502L Keyboard not working

the mouse works, but no keys.



i try to remove it in the device list to rediscover it, but when I restart to complete the action, its still there.





is there anyway to fix it or at least determine its broke for good? the fact the mouse still works makes me think I can fix the keyboard.

Have you tried another port, USB plug? If possible, try another computer. If it fails on either of those, especially the later, then it may have a problem.

its a laptop keyboard. I can plug in a USB keyboard and use that. cant really plug this in to another pc.
