hi
i have a problem with PS5
that cut off or freeze on main menu
i try to rebuild database - not helps
reinstall software and factory reset - not helps not helps

can somebody have idea what i can do more ?
i will be very thankfully.

How long does it take from powering PS5 on, to the moment it freezes? Try couple of times and check if that time is constant or not.

i think you got problems with ram... or the connection from apu to ram...

please visit the youtube channel of Phil TheCoder... he tried several times to repair a console liuke that. he is also the person that made possible to change a disc drive edition with broken disk drive to digital edition to make the console work again....

thanks for a quick answer.
Time to freeze is not constant but freezing is everytime when i try to run a any game.

did u try to insert an additional ssd and run games from there? possible internal ssd fault? from my experiences you could use a cheap crucial p3 plus. i bought one for my pc and wanted to know if the ps5 is recognising it cause it is a bit to slow but still an pciexpress 4 device.... and yes it is... not the fastest ssd u can use but the cheapest possible... my console accepted it. my console has a samsung 980 pro heatsink 1tb normally... i was curious and changed them before i built up the pc...
